Been a big fan of QM's scotch bonnet for many years, decided to try the rest. I was skeptical as I'm usually not a fan of coffee / coca flavors in hot sauces. Well, QM might have changed that. The balance of the coffee is light enough that you still taste a lot of the peppers and the coffee acts as more of a blending / rounding flavor that bridges the flavor of the peppers right as they fade out, just as the heat comes in- really solid effect. The tequila lime sauce is on point- It's a somewhat more common flavor profile, however, QM pulled it off perfectly. Great balance of heat and flavor (somewhat more mild) so you can really taste the ingredients. As for the scotch bonnet ginger, you just need to try it. Scotch bonnets are up there in SCUs, so it packs a punch. That said, the intensity of the fresh ginger and peppers QM uses is such that they packed in a LOT of flavor to seemingly match the heat, meaning if you don't like it super spicy you can use less and still have a lot of flavor come through - well done QM!

Perfect heat and tastes are on point. Alot of hot sauces taste old and lose their flavors. These stay yummy and the flavors are well-balanced.

I've tried the hab ginger sauce before but the others are just as amazing. The ghost cocoa is my favorite! Packaging was horrible though, I'm not sure how 2 jars didn't break with nothing in the box to protect them.
