The bottom of the bag is fairly high which is great for a 97 year old with balance issues - no issues reaching the bottom., to load shopping in and out. Nice and sturdy he doesn.t need his walking stick.It is a bit stiff to fold the bag but it unclips easily and the frame folds easily. It is like pushing a pushchair, the front wheels lock to stop it wandering off course across slopes. BRILLIANT this has changed my fathers life, he loves it.

This has made things so much easier for me when shopping, as I haven't a car (cannot drive) and the other types of shopping trolleys have flimsy frames, don't fold up and are bothersome to try and wheel when you also have a supermarket trolley or basket. This trolley has a strong frame which folds down very easily, so if you need a taxi, you lift the basket off and fold it to go in the car's boot. The wheels are good, but they don't always easily wheel up a high kerb, which is why I gave that 4 stars. But otherwise this is the best trolley I've ever had.

When I first tried to fit the trolley together, there was a defective part so I contacted the seller, who got back to me immediately and couriered a replacement part to me by express, then followed it up to make sure all was good. There was even a beautiful note card inside.I particularly like the tasteful colour and the fact it can be washed. I only gave 3 stars for the folding because I don't intend to fold it. I shall be using it both for transporting laundry to the outside washing line and for shopping at my village shop.

Bought as I have balance issues but love thrifting. This will be perfect for holding items while I wander around. Pockets inside to hold my folding walking stick. Good height, I’m 5’6 and was worried it would be a little low but very comfortable. Lightweight, folds easily and relatively easy to attach the wheels and basket. The instructions aren’t the easiest to understand but I figured it out. Looking forward to my next thrifting adventure with my new trolley. Good price too, I looked on eBay and they wanted much much more.

If you have arthritic or weak hands or poor dexterity generally, or poor eyesight, I would recommend that you give this Mila trolley a miss unless you have someone strong and fit to help you put it together, which I don’t. There is brute strength required in almost every aspect of the construction, particularly of the caddy, and putting together the back wheels requires great dexterity to handle some very small parts, also good eyesight to identify some tiny holes through which some of the tiny parts have to be slotted. My hands are both weak and arthritic and are now hurting so much that I will have to wait to attach the back and front wheels to the frame itself until they are less sore. I cannot therefore comment yet on how good the trolley might be in use, but I wanted to warn people, particularly the elderly like me, of these problems I have encountered so far..
