BEWARE: Only worked a few times, Refund is a joke.
Item showed up and only worked a few times. Sent it back in same packaging and they tried to say it was the wrong item. When they finally refunded the item they kept 99% of the price as a "Restocking Fee":Here's the breakdown of your refund for this item:Item Refund: $94.59Item Tax Refund: $5.68Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: ($99.26)What an absolute joke.

I'm happy with my purchase, great value
The coffee maker is not as "sturdy" as the original keurig coffee maker I previously owned so I'm hoping it will not break down

Great product
Love this machine. Instant brewed tasting coffee from a pod. No waiting for it to heat up like other models. We have two other models that take longer to brew.
