The old taps were difficult to turn and dropped constantly, we thought that we would have to replace the taps completely but these new tops were very easy to fit , look stylish and work well very pleasing result ..

Refitting took only minutes. Compare that to the time it would have taken me to replace the whole tap! Once fitted there was no sign of a drip. They operate smoothly and with little effort for my old hands. If there is a drawback it's only their compact size compared to my standard tap bodies which are bulkier. But you can't have everything.

Had a persistant dripping.tap ,Fitting new rubber.washer failed. Tied.these new.type.and.it.fixed it .Agood buy.

I have a bar shower / bath mixer and the flow valve cheap plastic cap broke on the inside and would just spin and not actually turn off / on the water at the most inappropriate times, I could not find just a cap for the valve so I looked for replacement tap valves and heads, as mentioned these are metal and they fit onto the bar shower perfectly ( standard tap fitting) and now I have a nice little lever to turn the shower on/off and also if and when it breaks again I have a spare as I only needed one, excellent product for what I needed and recommend them if you want a 1/4 turn small lever tap.

Cheaply looking tap tops once installed but then it was a cheap to buy item. Works fine.

The cold tap lever kept jamming when I turned it on. You could work it and it finally use to start to function. Then one day it sort of failed. I blamed a loose screw keeping the tap head on, but when I removed the valve I closed it and blew in the end and air could be heard leaking from the side vents. I bought this set thinking what am I getting for a tenner? Surprised when they turned up. At first glance I thought they looked cheap. They were lighter. The body thinner with a slight height difference, shorter at the top. But I fitted the part in a minute and it did not drip. I was going to use the old tap heads but the new ones that came with the kit were dinky and fitted perfect. I only replaced the cold valve, so the new smaller head was slightly raised on the old hot valve. But hardly noticeable. Also the new valves had an extra mini cross filter which the old ones did not have. I blame some old plaster crumbs falling in on the old set when I refitted the bathroom. So overall, right now these did the job. Time will tell regarding longevity. I give them five stars across the board. Photos, old on the left and above to the right.

I've seen my home help do it once before, and it looked so easy I got these and did it myself. I've never done this before! A couple of tools, knew how to turn off the water, and ten minutes later they were fitted and working.Just a slight gripe, the little caps over the tops of the taps aren't easy to fit, I'll have to use a rubber mallet to bang them in, so I'll do that when I can get a mallet.My main gripe, the caps aren't colour coded, red for hot and blue for cold. I know it's obvious to most British people that left is hot and right is cold, but it would've been nice if these were colour coded for if I get guests who don't know.I don't know how plumbers can charge so much to do this simple work! Rip off!

Had a leaky cold tap in the kitchen, replaced the cartridge and put the new handle on. Our tap is Deva brand and while it accepts regular quarter turn cartridges, the handle is incompatible so it's good I had a new one to put on.
