Loved the fruit, it was packaged neatly, good use by date, bought jan, date is August. Tasty and sweet, and the fruit bowl really handy. Good value

The basket was actually quite nice, but the packaging was open, the fruit was everywhere, some looked/smelled mouldy and the mix of fruit did not match the image - about 50% was apricots. Certainly not suitable for a gift!

I bought several of these as gifts - an edible and lasting gift, and the recipients loved them. I really liked how the platter turned into an attractive fruit bowl so I had to buy one for myself.

I love the idea of this product and the fruits are all displayed lovely. My only negative comments are 1. the ingredients label on the back does not match the actual fruit showing. 2. There is nothing on the packaging to explain that the wooden trivet turns into a lovely fruit bowl. 3. The box arrived damaged and the seal had been broken so it looked like it had already been open before it got to me.

I've bought these twice before and waxed lyrical over them. Fantastic display of dried fruit. Beautiful fruit bowl with easy assembly. However, third time, unlucky. The shortish 'best before' date for the dried fruit really undermines this as a birthday gift. And I'd used the option for a personalised gift message too. It becomes an almost-£30 wooden fruit bowl instead, effectively leaving the recipient (birthday June 28) with a month in which to consume all the dried fruit. Real shame as it looks spectacular and the contents, from past experience, will taste glorious but unless you're a fruit bat, or just batty about dried fruit, the expiry deadline could drive you bananas. I just hope my friends don't think I picked it up in a sale because of the short use by date - 2/8/2022. Ah, well, when life gives you lemons, don't look too sour...

Only 3 stars because the fruit wrap was cracked and fruit had gone off. I had one myself as a gift and it was FAB...but this one was not good. Hence the title 'hit and miss' youay get a good one...or not as in my order.Fruit basket is great idea. I got an instant refund...yay Amazon. It was a gift.

Got this as a gift for my mom…. Sadly she could not eat most of the items as they were crusted with sugar. I was not expecting this from the product info and when I buy dried fruit at local stores in the USA they are not sugar crusted… no BUYER BEWARE
