Works great. Fits real good. Best to measure your arm before purchase, as cuffs come in many different sizes. When possible, save and use the connection (small plastic piece at the end of the hose that connects into the BP machine). That way, you know the connection fits well. The various connections that come with the cuff, just put them away to use later. You will get several sizes. If you happen to change the basic unit BP machine, you will have a cuff and a connection that will work with a new machine as well more than likely.

It’s a soft cuff, very large. I am plus size and I could have went down in size. Works perfectly for my OMRON- BP7450 even better than the default cuff it came with. Crazy low priced. I easily could see this for much more.

I was having trouble with my new BP monitor registering high no matter how I positioned the cuff. My doctor told me it was because the cuff was too small. So I found this product which comes with all different types of connectors so it fits a variety of BP Monitors. it was easy to swap out and within minutes of receiving the package I was getting good readings from my BP Monitor. it is comfortable and fits perfectly around my arm with no discomfort. it is easily readable with instructions on the cuff on how to position the cuff on the arm to get a good reading. I can relax now that I know my BP is not rising.

I needed to purchase this cuff to use with a store bought bp machine due to needing a larger size for pressure accuracy. It was easy to swap with the standard cuff and provided more accurate blood pressures. This cuff was used 100’s of times over a month and did well. My only complaint was the cuff would roll down the metal bracket that is attached and repeatedly needed fixed after putting it on prior to getting blood pressure readings.

This was completely inaccurate. It had to be thinking it was on the way to a stroke. I ended up making a doctor's appointment and they checked their cup which was right against that cup which was again 30 points higher. Do not buy not worth it just spend the extra money to get a better one or it will stress you out

But it’s difficult to put on by myself because there’s a shiny metal bar that the cuff goes under and there’s some kind of bar wrapped inside the cuff . I had to use brute force to get the covered bar underneath the shiny metal bar. I couldn’t do it one handed while putting it on my arm so I had to take it off to struggle with it. After I did that, it’s been okay to use but I do wish the tubing that goes from cuff to machine was longer. I have to put the machine in my lap so it’s close enough to work.

The cuff itself is a little hard to use at first, and there is no line making where you should line your arm up to read pressure properly. I really wanted to keep my original machine, and this allows me to do that, so it was worth getting used to the new one for me.

Fit my old Microlife BP3NQ1-4X wiht right angle plug. Has been working well ever since. Looks to be of good quality.
