Poor quality
Bubble oxygen spray doesn’t work at all, the suction almost rips the skin off, it’s hard to balance the amount of serum that comes out. Overall this machine is not worth the money.I didn’t use my machine straight away but I bought it for future use, now I’ve just started using it I’m not impressed by it at all.Gutted I missed out on returning it, can’t even contact anyone to ask about repairs etc …

The media could not be loaded. I am very surprised by the quality of this machine. It looks more expensive and it does exactly what it says it does.So many functions and looks very very good.

On our second one after the first stopped working.
Stopped working on all heads after less that 2 minutes use. All lights on but nothing working at all. It’s a good job I wasn’t with a client. Avoid and please read other reviews. I wish I did. Luckily, I’m still in a position to return it.Update. Bought another one after sending the original one back, works perfectly!

One of the tool doesn’t work!
Very bad quality !!!! Extremely poor working of tools .. the suction bubble tool damaged the skin of my client with its hard sharpening needle !!! Totally disappointing with its working! And embarrassing !!!

Hydro facial machine not working as it should
Cannot get intouch with the seller as no option to do that and I have a issue with one of the parts… the skin scrubber isn’t working correctly and the stand for the led light hasn’t got anything to keep the mask from falling off. Also the noise is different to my previous machine.

Suction too strong
No way of contacting customer service for advice on machine.I found that the suction on the abrasion tool far too strong even on minimum.I've left it too late to send back now but that's what I would be doing if I hasn't ran out of time
