I was worried when I bought this as there were mixed reviews on whether this works for swimmers, so writing this in case this helps any other fellow swimmers. First time I tried to use it, I was in a rush so didn't read the instructions... it came off within the first 10 mins in the pool. Next time, I took the time to follow all the instructions...and now I'm swimming 4/5k consistently with the tape staying secure for the whole swim.Here's what I do: (1) wipe alcohol wipe on area of skin tape will be applied (2) use a very sharp pair of scissors to cut the tape (3) round off the corners of the tape (4) apply the tape at least 30 mins before entering the water (5) be really strategic with the direction of the tape and liberal with the amount of tape you use. E.g I've predominately used the tape for my neck as I get a rash when I swim long distances, but have also used it on my knee due to an accident. The first time I used the tape on my neck I placed a it vertically from below my ear to above my collar bone, and was quite stingy with the amount I used - given the movement of my neck when I swim, the tape just couldn't hold as it was being stretched too much. I now place the tape horizontally, and use much more, so that the ends are at points which won't be constantly stretched (i.e. the back of my neck and more towards the middle of the front of my neck.Glad to have bought this tape, and have bought more - no more neck rashes for me :). I have removed a star on the basis that it advertises that it can stay put for up to 5 days, but (at least for swimmers who are training for long-ish distances) it has only be a 'one swim' product for me.

I bought this tape following the advice of my physiotherapist to buy some kinesiology tape following a shoulder injury.I’m really impressed, especially given the price. Despite the tape being applied over my shoulder and around my back (for my particular injury), and showering and getting somewhat warm in the gym, I could easily get 3-4 days’ use before the edge would begin to peel. Even then, I could get another day or two out of it before deciding to replace it, if push came to shove.As with anything sticky being applied to skin, it can irritate if left on for too long, especially as pores can become blocked, but I didn’t get any rash or effect from my skin reacting with this which is a bonus. Just be sure to wash and dry the skin thoroughly before applying, and it works well.I still have a small amount left, but when I need more I’ll be sticking with this.

Hasnt sruck very well but has eased the pain in my hand ans shoulder

Bought for wife with poor feet .When strapped under foot arches andAround ankle bones she is able to walk in any of her shoe types with ease and so much more support.must recommend product to allcomers

I like this tape, and I'll probably buy this one alone moving forwards, BUT, I bought it to extra sticky, and it is, it's more sticky than normal KT tape, but I'd say only by 10-20% at the very most, I was expecting something more like 100% more sticky.Good tape, will buy again, but don't buy it expecting loads of sticky if you're happy with your current tape

I purchased this as I have recently had an operation on my knee and I'm just in rehabilitation for it ready to try and get back to playing hockey. Tried it on a few times now and prefer it so much to the strap on knee supports that are just too bulky for me, this fits far more comfy. To quality of the adhesive as well so far has been top notch, had no problem with them coming loose or peeling mid exercise.
