Best Real Estate Strategy Book for Cashflow!
I only have good or should I say great things to say about this book and the authors Zeona and Sarah. Zeona even responded to my DM about a question I had about a chapter. If you're a future, rookie, or experience real estate investor with a goal for high cash flow returns then this book is for you! It's the blueprint for the Mid Term Rental (MTR) strategy. It has a great vibe/energy throughout the book that has nothing to do with real estate but all about their why which is travel. This vibe keeps you reading through the tough chapters which was furnishing for me (it's not my thing lol). They provide details like the best pricing software, who will be the most important on your team (won't spoil it for you but it's not who you think!), examples of how to form partnerships, and why reviews are important and how to avoid a bad one. They also highlighted other investors in the space which I thought was very nice. Not only did they take time to share this knowledge but they also shared the stage with other investors they respect. All and all it was a great book that I will use to execute this strategy on my next property. Bravo Zeona and Sarah! #MasterTheMTR

Opened the floodgates
An excellent, easy to read book. The tone the book was written in was simple and straightforward, yet loaded with juicy and valuable information. Reading this book lead me to move out of the condo I realized I couldn’t afford, furnish it (sooo fun), and list it to Furnished Finder. It was stressful, yes, but I DID IT and I learned so much along the way. The part that stayed with me from the book was their repetition of JUST DO IT NOW! Stop waiting until you feel like you have it all figured out - I probably was never going to get to that point anyway! Thanks to Zeona and Sarah for this incredible read. I also appreciate that it was written by two women. Just overall such an awesome book. I read it many months ago and am going to read it another time today! This book opened the floodgates for me with wanting to purchase/furnish/rent out properties. Thanks!

Outside the box thinking - lots of real example choices
So I admit it, having 2 globe trotting hippie chicks tell me how to succeed at rentals put me off at the beginning (it was jealousy I am sure). But after checking my ego after chapter 1 or 2, this book gives you something that many real estate books don't and that is various ways to succeed.I admit I have hard time thinking outside my little box. Buy a house, rent it long term, repeat. That is a simple formula for a simple man when interest rates are low and prices are low too. Now interest rates are high and prices are high. This model doesn't work.So while many of the strategies in this book won't work for me, they might work for you. The message is not "Do it this way and succeed". It is try this, or that, or this or this other thing. There are ways to expand your knowledge, experience, and mind and try something that you have not tried before. If long term rentals aren't working, try mid term, or short term, or rental arbitrage, or go to a different market, or partner with some people, etc.don't let analysis paralysis keep you from the true message with is you can control your financial destiny with some hard work and skill by buying real estate and making other's work for you. You don't have to hit a home run the first time at bat. You have to step up to the plate and take a swing.

Great starter book!
This book inspired me to take some action on my goal of purchasing an investment property. The authors are true pay it forward people and want everyone to succeed which I loved. The only thing I would have wanted more of was some direction on where to research markers. I tried the resources in the book and haven’t had much luck finding the info they suggest analyzing. Overall a really great read!

Highly Effective Insider Tips & Many of them for getting into the Mid-term Rental Space!
- The book gives me a lot of really great recommendations for getting into the Midterm Rental Space that’s I’ve not heard on the buckets of Youtube clips. Necessary book for you lady’s getting started. The 30 Day Stay, A Real Estate Investor’s Guide to Mastering the Medium-Term Rentals book has given me the confidence to dig in deep and build a solid framework from which to provide quality value add for those clients who seeking 30 day + rentals. I liked the book so much, and took so many notes, I am reading it again to make sure I did not miss anything. I highly recommend this book and hiring the services of Zeona McIntryre and Sarah Weaver. And, if you need to hire them for a variety of Real Estate goals they are experienced and quite personable on Instagram.- Thank you,Denise E. H.

Fantastic book on the MTR strategy + some great life lessons!
I found this to be a really fantastic book for enabling me to invest in this strategy. Book taught great principles for the MTR strategy but what really hit home for me is the life lessons sprinkled in that help me understand what real estate offers us is the opportunity to take back our lives and not sell minutes of our life away on a 9-5 job. These minutes can then be redirected in something much more valuable ie being there for our loved ones when they need us the most. No job on this planet can offer this. This is life on our terms people! Get the book - it can change your life if you follow the path.

THE GO-TO MID-TERM RENTAL BOOK FOR EVERYONE!
I’d recommend this book to anyone interested in mid-term rentals. It’s the type of book that you can refer back to time and time again. I whipped out the highlighter even lol. Zeona and Sarah were very transparent with everything they do/have done right down to the exact numbers and percentages! I currently travel with my fiancé who is a traveling sonographer(medical traveler) and have seen the demand for furnished rentals and this book gave me the right guidance to start. Worth the buy!
