Q: Is inlet and outlet 3/8?

Q: What is the outlet pressure set at? my inlet will be 16 iwc max.

Spring setpoint is for 4" WC of natural gas on the outlet, Max inlet is 13.84" WC, so sixteen may work, but it is not within manufacturer spec.

Q: Will I need to adjust anything or will it work as is ? It’s for converting my grill to natural gas . Thanks

This will work as is, but if you are converting from propane, you will have to adjust from the 3/8" NPT connection on this regulator, to the, most probably, 3/8" flare on your barbecue. I would also use a Dormont gas quick connector for the attachment to your natural gas supply, they are convenient cheap, relatively speaking, and reliable. Another thing to think about is if you are converting from propane to natural gas, you will also want to adjust your orifice sizes to adapt for your BTU rating on your burners, as natural gas uses less pressure than propane, requiring a larger orifice size for the same BTU output., and remember to use "Teflon" tape or "Rectorseal" pipe joint compound. Q: Can this be installed outside and exposed to rain, snow, etc?

Yes. Try to keep it out of rain and snow as much as you can of course. Eventually it might malfunction but that won’t be for a very long time.
