The sleeves are sturdy, not easily bent, clear, big enough for US money, and easy to use. They come in a sturdy cardboard box. When the box was initially opened, there was a slight funky plastic smell, but that dissipated quickly and the individual sleeves do not smell. I don't know if professional collectors would find them suitable, but for the bills that I want to preserve, they are just fine and I would recommend them.
