Not sure if it's gonna help me losing my belly fat with just two days of usage. I know enough about exercise, and I think it can stimulate the abdominal muscle. This is a very worthy buy.And no more sticky pads! The belt itself fits well enough. The intensity is adjustable. I tried starting with the lowest level due to my sensitive skin. It starts very low, and it goes up gradually and comfortably. Oh, did I say no more pads? That's the best thing. Save your money from buying those pads. Just moist the belt with water(or your sweat) and you are good to go. Great deal!

The 1st use I felt my abs contracted the second use I felt constant shock almost felt like burning on my left side. So I stopped it and thought it was me. I tried with clothes on and the same thing. Made the mistake of touching the pad because it would not turn off while shocking my side and is shocked my fingers … Do Not buy! Horrible quality.

I bought this for myself . My teen son asked to use it and I never got it back. On the plus side he has been using it daily. He is able to operate and clean it by himself. He has learned how to program and lock in the setting while he is using it . I now need to buy a second so I can havenone as that is what is was intentionally bought for.

Independent review: I bought this product to stimulate the muscles supporting my degenerative hip as part of my rehab regime. It is working wonders after just a few uses on the muscle groups of this atrophied leg, let me tell you. I’m trying to delay a hip replacement in order to “prehab” to a stronger condition which will aid my ultimate joint replacement recovery. The device is similar to TENS unit or E-stim sensation. Just set it to slightly uncomfortable but not painful intensity for 10 minutes twice a day. You will be amazed at the results. Do I think it yields Jason Mamoa abs? No way. Is it a useful tool to give atrophied muscles a jump start then transition to isometric and other muscle building exercise? AB-solutely. It lost one star for me because the control is a bit wonky/works intermittently. Otherwise a very good product. Cheers!

I was looking to jump start my ab workout for the summer and decided to give one of these stimulator belts a try. Situps are hands down one of my most hated exercises, and I found this belt going for a reasonable price so I ordered it. It arrived two days later and I charged it up and tried it out. It definitely gets the muscles contracting. And the battery lasts for an amazing number of uses before needing a recharge. Overall I'm happy with it. Does it work over the long term in giving you a six pack? I don't know yet, but it did help me start implementing more ab exercises into my gym routine, and when I'm not at the gym I can put on the belt to keep my muscles busy. It definitely helped me put a focus on my problem area.

For the price it gets the job done. Effectiveness jury still out, but it functions as advertised; One size fits all, easy to use control button. Honestly can't feel anything at lower settings and near maxed out at setting 25 it feels more like bee stings than actually contracting muscles.

Cheep materials and looks cheap , have to use water to spray yourself , have seen better and better quality ones

Thank you very much for a ab stimulating multi-strength belt with rechargeable detachable switch. It actually comes with a Velcro detachable extension belt. And it works as described so far very satisfied.
