Q: How do I put the six guage silicone tunnel in?

Is your ear at a 6 gauge? Pinch it and push through use lube! I would suggest that you don't use silicone to stretch or to keep your holes open. Use medical grade steel ones that screw in on the back much better

Q: why did it only come with 12mm silicones but not tapers?

My dear friend, this sets we just do 12mm with silicone, total 50pcs set! If you want to buy bigger size, some days later they will on sale, still on the way to FBA! Sorry

I would wait at least 3-6 months after the initial piercing. Make sure you gauge your ears slowly. Make sure you get some kind of cream for healing It and jojoba oil works really well too
