Quality backpack
My kid loves this backpack. The design and detail is so fun, it comes with a little keychain on one of the zippers. We like that the design is also on the shoulder straps. It's a little more expansive than I'd like to pay for a backpack. But the quality is really good and should last awhile.

Only lasted 4 months!
This book bag is very cute and my 4 year old loves it but it only lasted 4 months until the zipper ripped out of it. He’s in preschool so it’s not like he is carrying heavy items in it either. Super disappointed that it already broke!

Broke
Love the backpack but zipper quality gets stuck and the handle broke so we tied it in a knot. Bummer it happens only after a few weeks :(

Plastic strap adjustment is cheap!
My kiddo was really excited about this new backpack, but came home within the first week of school disappointed that the plastic strap adjuster broke. SO frustrating and honestly disappointing. I weighed the options and decided that rather than return this and receive a new one with the same issue, I would fix it myself. I purchased some replacement parts for the adjusters off Amazon and it was good as new in a day. If you're kids are in love with this but it breaks, I recommend getting new parts and move on.
