I needed a precision hammer for working on mechanical things with roll pins. These are perfect to use with punches.

Seems to be made fairly well for Chineseum, bought a five pack just to make sure I have backup pairs in case they break or I loose them. Decent price for a bulk pack.

In a world where you often get what you pay for, it's a pleasant surprise when a bargain delivers beyond expectation. I was skeptical about the quality to expect from these flush cutters.. What could I expect for $1.75 a pair... I do a fair amount of 3D printing and so thought, "Hey, they will be fine for cutting PLA etc., right?"When the box arrived, I thought, "Let's just take a look at these under my magnifier."They felt good, and when I looked for the jaw alignment and grind, only 1 out of ten seemed to mis-aligned... Not bad. To be honest, I have purchased Klein and other top-rated brands before and these were every bit as good.Well, next, I tested them for strength and hardness. I have broken the jaws of flush cutters before, and had ones that dulled very easily. I found a particularly stiff piece of 12ga. insulated copper house wiring and attacked it with vigor. It was a chore for the cutters, and I abused them. I made 20 cuts, several wherin I put the wire very near the tips. you bet I was wearing safety glasses since it required quite a bit of force to make those cuts and I fully expected to snap one of the jaws.What a surprise! They did not break and made all 20 cuts cleanly. I then took them back to the magnifier and there was no damage to the cutting edges, the hinge rivet was still smoothly tight and the fit of the jaws had not changed. Bravo Houseran!I HIGHLY recommend this product!
