AMAZING
AMAZINGbeautiful and bold color. Chip resistant and very durable. I threw one layer on without a top coat to protect it and it still looked great after 2 days. Highly recommend!

Love the bold blue color
Got this for “4th of July nails” and was perfect! The blue is a true navy color and goes on thicker (so less layers needed). Amazing coverage

HOC Spring!
The "Blue, License to Thrill" is a House of Colour Spring (HOC Spring) pre-approved color and it's so pretty - I instantly took it with me to get a pedicure and the nail ladies even loved it!

Excellent color and shine
Great product. Dries quickly but allow time to dry completely before a second application. Gently abrade the surface before second applicationto create a surface the 2nd application will stick to.

Essie is a really good brand. This color is very dense, like a dark navy blue,,,almost black. I think it would be a good base coat for some of the awesome topcoats that are out there,,,maybe something with a little silver sparkle ( a change from always using a black base). Two coats, as usual. My pic didn’t have any topcoat.
