Great monitor for pc and ps4
Just an all round great monitor, 144hz refresh HDR, also recognises the PS4 4K signal and matches it to the monitor resolution with HDR! Easy to use menu enough inputs. Cannot tell you how easy it is to see people from the corner of my eye now with the curved screen, it just feels so natural. I always thought curved screens were a gimmick, I am converted. Build quality is great, only issue I have is lack of instructions on how to attach the wall mount or desk mount, there is literally nothing in the box to tell you how to attach it. Pretty much had to google it....

A Good Gaming Monitor
I have been using the Acer XZ321QU for a week or so now. This isn't to be confused with the Acer XZ321Q model which is only standard HD.The 2560x1440 resolution is perfect for me right now. Almost 32 inches in screen size is the max you would want for a 1440p resolution. Any bigger than this and you would require a 4K monitor. Gaming at 1080p wasn't hampered by up-scaling to 1440p whatsoever. Games look fantastic on this monitor. Testing with Skyrim Special Edition was a highly immersive experience. And 144Hz was impressive with eSports titles upon testing. The monitor settings are intuitive. Gaming presets are helpful. I was unable to test the AMD FreeSync feature as I don't have a compatible graphics card. One HUGE added bonus is this monitor accepts a 4k signal down-scaled to 1440p which makes my PS4 PRO compatible at 4k! The PS4 PRO up-scales games from around 2k up to 4k and then the monitor down-scales back down to 2k. Nevertheless PS4 games look fantastic. HDR is also detected by the PS4 PRO automatically. This probably isn't full HDR, but testing with Wipeout Omega Collection looked stunning if perhaps a little dark in places. The VA panel is decent, but don't expect the colour depth of an IPS panel. VA is fine for my needs. One small gripe is there is a tiny bit of darkening to the very edges of the panel which is noticeable on white backgrounds. This is quite common for monitors of this type. But generally viewing angles are very good. If you do a lot of professional video editing and graphic work this probably isn't the monitor for you. It's great for most people to get by with as an all-rounder.Oh, and for your information the rear inputs are 1x DP, 1x HDMI & 1x MHL. With NO DVI or VGA ports. There is an audio output for adding external speakers. The inbuilt speakers were not bad at all upon initial testing. Alas, I don't use them now as I have plugged in my audio mixer connected to studio speakers. The inbuilt USB 3 Hub is very useful. To conclude this monitor was just what I was looking for. Great for games and a bit of an all-rounder for everything else.**UPDATE** I removed one star from my rating. I have had this monitor for over a year. It's been fine but there are a few things that could be improved. These are the amount screen glare from interior lighting, which can be a small annoyance at times. Also HDR and Freesync do not work together as the DP connection is not the most recent. I can live without this pseudo HDR feature, but I guess it's there if required. Oh, and I paid a bit too much for this monitor. £500. Ouch! But It's probably worth it as it is used daily.

Amazing, but can tell it isn't IPS
Moved from an IPS ultrawide to this for the higher refresh rate. And for gaming, it was amazing, its so much better! Surprisingly, the screen I received was a 200hz panel, so thats a bonus! Its a great size, the curve is perfect, plenty bright if I need. Image is really nice, but doesn't have the same colour depth that my IPS panel had. But still, extremely happy with this!

Meh
The monitor itself is good, but there is one flaw, even tho the refresh rate is 144, the black refresh rate is much much slower, this greates blurring. In league of legends for example, the outlines of every black item smear across the monitor making it rather unpleasant. But once you get used to it, i manage to simply ignore it, i only notice it when im not doing anything in game, in other games like BF1 for example, you dont notice it at all, so in my opinion its pure blacks only that smear
