Works fine
Used with a lower powered washer to clean a roof. Hose was flexible and didn't leak or kink. As with most any other kind of hose if you unroll it to its full length and let it unwind it won't tangle or kink up. Rolled up easily.

not for over 3500psi
Fits my washer well but it has a lot of flex at 3400psi. I got a solid 6 hours but didn't have a lot of confidence to try pushing it to 4000.

Hoses leak DURING THE FIRST USE. Customer service absolutely nightmare.
I purchased the 100 ft hose from this company because it was highly discounted at the time.Now I know why it was highly discounted. The hose fittings leak. A lot. I thought maybe my pressure washer was leaking a little from the first discovery of errant water(as i literally just put this brand new hose on). But after looking further into it, i realized it was leaking from the compression fittings. Not the ones they give you, the ones they install at the factory.So i contact customer service. They have literally bent over backwards in every way to invalidate my claim that the hose was defective from day one. I've been talking to them for no less than 6 months now about once a week. After sending videos, pictures, etc etc they have finally made the argument "well, it's been a long time since you purchased it, you need to be more careful because the hose probably degraded over time."I literally messaged them after the first use of the product. And they want to tell me that them dragging their feet on a legitimate refund/replacement claim out six months is now grounds to just not honor their warranty.This company is a joke and I sincerely hope everyone who looks at this product has an opportunity to read this review.

Leaky fittings
On our third one, do like the smaller size and flexibility of the hose so it's not like trying to wrestle a anaconda when trying to use. Only downside is the fittings leak on both ends no matter how tight or how much teflon tape you use on the fittings, every one that we have received leaks the same way.
