I ordered it on 04/19 and received on 04/20. Super-fast delivery.And I installed it within 30mins.The instruction was clear and with spare parts. 1st time saw the chair base was made of metal, nice and firm.I just replaced it with my old chair, super comfortable, especially the neck support when you are watching the movies on Netflix.

I recently purchased this office chair, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The ergonomic design provides excellent lumbar support, making long hours at my desk much more comfortable. The cushioning is soft yet firm enough to maintain proper posture.Assembly was quick and easy, taking me only about 20 minutes. The materials feel high-quality, and the chair rolls smoothly on different floor surfaces. The adjustable height and reclining function are great features, allowing me to find the perfect position for work or relaxation.

So I like that I (67 yr old female) could easily put this together in about an hour. Directions were clear and accurate. The size is about right for me at 5'6" and medium frame, but for a large man not sure? I like that the arms go up, so I can get up close to my Desktop Computer. The seat is also fairly comfy so far. The things lacking for me are the "ergonomics" they mention in the listing. The lumbar region does not curve in nearly enough to truly support my lower to mid back (and the back adjuster is very minimal). Also, the seat, while fairly comfy, doesn't have any ergonomics to supports the legs. So I still need to use a footstool for that, and a pillow support for the back. The tilt feature is very minimal. Hope this helps someone.

This chair is very comfortable. The ergonomic design provides excellent support for long work hours. Screws were nicely organized and labeled. This is a nice chair, easy to put together. Great that the arms move up so it tucks under my desk. However it is not good for long-term use. I WFH and need a comfy chair for 10 hour days. This is not that chair. It's good for a couple of hours but then my butt hurts and I have to take a break.

I work from home. This ergonomic chair is comfortable, breathable, adjustable, and most importantly, gives great back support through long work hours. It was easy to assemble too. It took me 15-20 minutes to get it done.
