Bleeding feet from Cuts and briuse from using the product... Sub standard productcontacted customer service and they informed they would refund the amount. After contacting them again ,another guy informed that they cannot process the refund. very bad response

Received my husband’s crocs today and had him try them out instantly he liked them they were comfortable and the color green. He liked very much. They’re not exact same shoe size as his size tens I would recommend getting a size down if you want a snug fit otherwise, he says they are perfect! Can’t wait we also ordered our child a pair of crocs and a pair for me🩷
