Good product but very annoying packaging
This is a pretty good product that helps me calm down and sleep. It wasn't always a home run, so I switched to taking it at night and it's a lot more effective. I docked one star because it is in the most frustrating bottle ever. The gummies mold into one uni-gummy and need to be pried apart. No issue with that, but it's almost impossible to do this using the narrow opening of the bottle. I wish the manufacturer would just put them in a soft pack with a zipper.

These are excellent for sleep support. I have noticed that I fall sleep much quicker after taking these. They taste good too! Plus, magnesium at bedtime is just good for you in so many ways! I will be getting more after my second bottle.

All stuck together and difficult to remove from bottle!
We have ordered these multiple times and LOVE THEM! My husband, my daughter and I all take them. That said, the last two batches were so stuck together that we can’t get them out of the bottle. They were almost useless. When we were able to put tweezers in the bottle and pull them apart from each other they didn’t always come out whole. I’m not sure what is happening to the quality of the product, but I can only assume all of them melting together in one large clump also affects the efficacy of the gummy. I will update to 5 stars if my next batch comes as single gummies again. Other than the fact that we can’t get them out of the bottle, we do love these. The photo is the last few gummies we freed from the bottle and they are all stuck together in a big clump 😑

My aunt has a hemifacial tremor that is suppose to respond to Botox, but getting to see a neurologist on an HMO is time consuming. I started giving her my Mag gly/lys and it helped but she couldn't swallow the huge tablets. I found these and they actually work better for her and she loves her am "candy" with her pills. I'm thinking of switching myself. They do stick together in the bottle which makes it difficult to refill pill containers with 2 chews a day for a week.
