Took it for a week and didn't really notice a difference. It may work for someone else.

In my profession, I treat patents with disc and nerve problems everyday, all day. I also have these problems myself.....Multiple disc bulges and annual tears. I am taking this personally, before I recommend it to my patients.I've taken it now for about two weeks and have noticed a slight difference in low back and leg pain (sciatica). It basically has anti-inflammatory ingredients, like tumeric, ginger, MSM and bromelein. Side note, If you are allergic to pineapple, you do not want to take bromelein, as that is the part of pineapple you are allergic too. All of the above have been proven for reducing inflammation which typically is what is causing most pain and nerve pressure.The restorative joint properties are chondroitin and glucosamine which are the precursors of joint cartilage and synovial fluid (oil, lubrication of joints). These have been proven to microscopically repair the joint, but most studies state that it takes at least 6-8 months to see the changes. So I would give this supplement at least that long (6-8mos) to pass final judgment.It's an all inclusive joint supplement for the joint material and to reduce inflammation around the joint and therefore the nerves.Good luck and good health,Dr.K

I have nerve pain in my feet and toes so this supplement caught my eye. Since I was taking turmeric already, I discontinued that and started taking this. The list of ingredients is quite impressive.I felt that my toe pain diminished while taking this supplement. Now that I've run out of it, the pain seems to be flaring up again. Coincidental, wishful thinking, or actual help from the daily capsules?Aside from relief of nerve pain, this combination of ingredients is known to work to reduce inflammation. That's always something I need as I'm getting older.

I have been taking these for over a week, and I can say that the nerve discomfort that I have been suffering from, seems to be getting lessened.I was involved in a fairly serious car accident in 2022, and because of the injuries I sustained, some nerves have been acting up from time to time. Most of the time, it is barely noticeable, just a bit of discomfort. However, sometimes it is crippling.Taking these, have made the days where it is barely noticeable, even less noticeable. The days where I want to just stay in bed because even shifting my body around causing insurmountable pain, the pain is lessened, but it is still really bad.So, I can say that it works, but it is not a cure-all. It doesn't make it magically go away, It is still there, but it is lessened. Maybe more time taking it, it will build up and have increased effects, but cannot say. If after I am close to finishing the bottle, I notice a further decrease in pain I will edit to reflect as such.

This product seems to work. I have had some lower back nerve pain that might be sciatica, and after about a week of taking this, it seems to have lessened and then disappeared. I walk quite a bit, and sometimes get muscle tightness and nerve irritation in the lower back from long distance walking. Usually, I try to mitigate it with stretching, but it does not work completely. All I can say, is one of the nutrients or a combination of what this product did the trick. This product delivers a large dose of turmeric, which might have been the ingredient that did it, but I cannot say for sure. The product is made in the USA, which is always a plus for me. Definitely a 5 rating on this item in my experience.
