I bought these off a friend's recommend and I haven't turned back! The taste is great, it keeps me hydrated especially through hot days, helps my energy levels, and let me tell you that was essentially this summer with two boys! The ingredients are great , sugar free, great overall quality!

I bought this product for myself bc I’m not a huge water drinker. I bought the red flavor which I felt was a bit salty. But my husband tried it and loved the flavor. He drinks a lot of water to flush his kidneys. So I must rate this as 5 stars bc he just had me order other flavors.

I love the taste of this electrolytes powder, not only it has great ingredients, the forms of the vitamins and minerals in this are much better absorbed by the body than other synthetic forms.the only downside to this is it clumps very easily and it uses sucralose as its sweetener, I would prefer if it used monkfruit or even stevia

These are working out great for my golf games. I am using 3 per 18 holes. I feel better in the Texas heat when I pour one of these into a bottle of water. It makes a big difference.

As someone who is chronically dehydrated and finds the taste of plain water incredibly boring, I’m a big fan of the electrolyte mixes when I feel a headache coming on. I’ve tried other flavors and brands and have found some of them to be so gross tasting that I end up throwing out the rest of the package. This stuff is the best one I’ve ever tasted and really does taste like the blue frost Gatorade! Will be buying more of it in the future!
