This is an excellent phone for a younger child. I was not aware of its existence until another mom told me about it. My daughter had a couple kids watches for us to be able to locate her and get in touch with her. However, the watches would break within six months. We recently got her this phone. It seems to be durable, she can easily call or text us, she can get her favorite apps on this phone as well. And for me as a parent, it is easy to see what she is doing on the phone and have control of all the apps.We had a little bit of a technical issue with our first phone, but the customer support has been amazing. It was very easy to get in touch with them and the phone was replaced within a couple of days with no charge

As a parent it is highly important that im able to monitor what my kids are exposed to online and engaged with. Teracube gives me that space.Any help with the phone Teracube was there to assist, phone preformance was good. Perfit size for the teens. The teens are able to earn trust as they go and avoid exposure to sites they dont need to be on. Affordbale and simplistic with styleIt fits the bill. Awesome, got help from shamin from Teracube, good quality phone. The whole process was awesome, easy setup. One teen lost his phone after 3 weeks after having it. If you’re looking for a way to keep your young child or teen out of trouble online, this is it! Excellent parental controls and location. Wish I’d found this along time ago.

Registration is no more a pain than anything else, but having to constantly modify the settings every single time new app is downloaded. Or how about being completely locked out for not using their wireless service plan which is more expensive than our existing t mobile line, which supposedly was supported according to everything we read. It's trash, just download family link and any other parental control apps of your choice to control your kids phone access. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

Thrive Phone is amazing - glad I got a kid's phone and did not give her my old iPhone. In todays world where kids are glued to their phones, I wanted to make sure my daughter can be safe and we have all the guardrails in place.I specially like that she can only talk to us and her friends. We can approve and block the contacts. I feel safe that wierdo's cannot call her. I put time limit on apps and can easily block apps if they are not good for her.I scheduled a call with their customer service agent, Shanin was knowledgeable and very patient with me. and offered to follow up as well.My daughter is really happy with her purple phone.. she is flaunting it with her friends.

For a child’s first phone, it gets the job done. Unfortunately it gets more scan calls than anything I’ve ever had in my life of phones. The apps are hard to navigate for letting them use it. Battery life is solid, granted we only use it for emergencies. The phone itself is durable, it’s been dropped a couple of times and has one tiny crack. I do appreciate how cheap it was for how durable it is. Sound is normal, i just wouldn’t ever buy again. I will pay more to have a phone that doesn’t get scammed and bugged. Please note: all apps are locked and it’s literally a phone for calling us after school. So no, the information has never been entered into any sites that would cause for people to call the phone and text the phone ( a “grandma” sent a picture of a tattoo she had gotten) I was not impressed and very worried why these texts would be coming through. I did have to educate the kids on you do not open or answer any calls or texts that show up as numbers. I had entered the only phone numbers needed for them.

I've been very happy with this phone for my younger son. I mostly enjoy the protection features that make it safe for a minor. Through this phone, I've been able to learn a lot about all of the safety stuff. It was simple to set things up and monitor through my own phone. I am happy about the limitations it allows for nearly all aspects of things. I preferred the phone that only required wi-fi to work. My son kept breaking the phone. My last replacement required a subscription that was $35 per month with very little data but allowed unlimited wi-fi connectivity, and I could video talk with my son on FB Kid Messenger. I would highly recommend the Asurion protection with it.
