Bahco 1-478-08-1-2 File set 5PC

I bought these to replace some old ones that I've worn out over the years. There's some cheap sets on here, but you never know what you're going to get with them. Where as Bahco are just brilliant. This is a really versatile set. The only down side to this set for me was that I could have done with a triangle file too, but that's not a problem. But if you're looking for a brilliant set of quality files, then this is definitely the way to go.

I'm forever tinkering and servicing with my motorbikes so am regularly making/modifying brackets or mackling-upHeath-Robinson devices to help. My collection of files are so old some are almost butter-knives so this set has been like having magical powers.Comfy to use and cut brilliantly, marvellous.

The handles and amount of material removed is amazing. Best files I ever had.

I needed to replace my very old file set, and knew that Bahco provide top quality tools at a fair price. I was not disappointed with the new files as threy cut extremely well. Standard delivery was very prompt. Happy to recommend these to any potential purchaser.

These are perfectly OK for normal use, may not be for industrial and hard materials.Very friendly and comfortable grip to work with. the soft pouch that comes with it is not so practical and useful.I bought these as a complement to my old files for the price was unbeatable.Good brand at the best price, recommended.

These are good files for fast stock removal, being finer than coarse (obviously!) but not as fine as second cut. You'll need a set of second cut files as well to get a half decent finish before sanding smooth. I've always found coarse files too coarse to effectively remove any but the softest stock, so the bastard cut is an ideal compromise between coarse and second cut.

Really good files, slightly concerned before purchasing by the mixed previous reviews but really good set of files in my view that work well and seem to be well made.
