Would help if daft EU regulations allowed it to ship without having to be shrink wrapped and made very wet and/by having the salami skin broken.It’s supposed to be a dried meat product, yet eu Euro-Prats insist it be incorrectly packed for shipping.It does have a very good flavour, and I like it a lot.

Good quality and great taste. I prefer dry susages with highly concentrated taste and this one did not disappoint.

Tastes good, but the outside is wet which is a bit gross.

Great quality Salami beautifully flavoured with black truffle, I ll buy it again.

The art of flavour is being able to melt together your condiments to create something new. This salame attempts unsuccessfully. The flavours are not well balanced as the salame is overly salty which is a shame because it covers the perfume of the truffle. I would recommend to smoke the salame slightly instead of salting it so much.The final result is surely an eatable salame for a quick snack but nothing particularly special. A bit too expensive for the price or I could have given 4 start.
