Many years ago, I decided to eat as varied a diet as possible. Even food types I don't like. I realised it is a good and healthy method to find nutrients from as many sources as possible to nourish all parts of my body. I have been drinking multiple different teas every morning from this company for a few years now. They are all tastes from the forest. Delicious.

I am disabled and in a lot of pain. My sleep is a refuge. This product helps me gently off to sleep at night .Use a teaspoon in hot water an hour or two before bed.Add honey for a nicer taste .

I constantly find stones in this product, but last night I also found glass. This could kill someone.

Don't really like the taste but it helps me to relax and go to sleep

I found some tiny rocks in mine (a piece of quartz and piece of charred wood of some kind). Maybe there from the harvesting, or maybe there so somebody can say it weighs more than it actually does. Otherwise, pretty good stuff.

Ok . Not sure if it's working to improve my sleep

This made me very ill. I noticed there are some very good reviews but it just didn't agree with me. Still suffering 2 days later
