Many good recipes in this book. I like the layout and the use of every day ingredients to make some outstanding Smash items. THe best book I have purchased so far.. Only wish it had some sides in the book besides the smash items.

We're going through the cook book cover to cover most recipes are very good.So far we've really enjoyed every recipe in there except we didn't try a couple we knew our family wouldn't like.

Great book! The recipes are diverse and tasty. Between George Motz and the Waltwins the smashburger genre is covered.I purchased the Kindle copy and as I was goong through the recipes I made a note at each title with a link to their YouTube videos. Too bad, they didn't include that information in the book.

Many good recipes and ideas in this book. After my first pass through it I already see many opportunities to customize sandwich recipes in ways I hadn't considered before. The book also makes a nice companion piece for the Waltwins YouTube channel, find an interesting recipe in the book then search for the video they shot while preparing it.My only complaint - long on burgers and pseudo-burgers (I'm looking at you, ground chicken :) ), a little short on other panini style sandwiches.

This was a nice surprise to go along with the smash burger tool I gave as a Christmas gift. The person was happy to receive it. He said it gave him more ideas to cook burgers!

Very good mix of smash burger recipes

I would definitely recommend this smash burger book. I cook smash burgers a couple of times a month on my blackstone.

Easy to use, Fun too.
