not as distinctive as Drakkar Noir
I have been using Drakkar Noir since the 1980s, although less frequently than I used to. I thought I would try this out as the reviews said it is a bit lighter. It's certainly O.K., but I don't like it anywhere near as much. This has a very pleasant smell, but it is not very distinctive. It is quite a strong smell, so you need to be careful how much you put on, but it does not have that essence of lavender which I love about DN. My wife actually commented that it smells like Lynx, which I thought was a little unfair, but maybe illustrates that it does smell similar to a lot of other scents out there.

Nothing special
This is ok but nothing near as impressive as the classic Drakkar Noir. This one reminds me of the men's EDT in M & S: they all smell alike.
