Great pens for line work or for using for pen and wash. The ink is a good, dense black, nicely waterproof and lays down well. I like the range of tip shapes in this set, which are a great compliment to the more usual smaller sizes.The chisel edge pen gives a nice variety of line shapes and the brush tips are good for laying down ink in larger areas. Where the brush tips excel for me is in creating lines with great character just by varying the pressure as well as using it at a low angle to create a bit of skipping in the area covered.All this with the quality I've come to expect from Faber Castell and the Pitt line of products in particular.Highly recommended.

These pens are an absolute essential addition to your art stash.Having spent a long time using liner pens, I finally decided to risk going for something a little less 'precise' and I'm really glad I did - Suddenly I have a new world of wide, sweeping lines, or the ability to just block in colour. By varying pressure and adjusting the angle of application, the thickness of the line is easily manipulated.The colour is pure black, and very consistent as it lays down. There is no need to go over applications to darken them and, if you are adding blocking out areas with side by side applications of wide lines, you won't see any overlaps.If you like pen and ink drawing, you should give these a try. Worst case scenario, you've got yourself 4 felt tip pens for signing greeting cards...

Very versatile. Covers all basic needs. Perfect if you're unsure on what size/style pen you need. I use these for line figure drawings.

When Covid hit, my outlet to give myself a break from everything was to start drawing on my kids' sandwich bags every day. I started out with a fine point sharpie, and my dad gifted me a box of Faber-Castell markers. Sadly, the black dried out, and I was at a loss. This pack is amazing and is perfect for drawing. I doubt I will ever find a better pen for drawing!

A qualidade delas é realmente muito boa, mas não serviu 100% para mim porque todas elas tem as pontas muito macias e flexíveis. Eu esperava que pelo menos a ponta da caneta levemente chanfrada fosse rígida. Mas também não é.
