Cool light, but....
This is a very nice flashlight, and I really did want to like it more than I do. It's bright, brighter than most of my other lights in fact. It has a dual switch arrangement that works very well, I have it set to daily mode with the mode memory set to high and the paddle switch works as an instant access to low. Being able to choose between high or low without having to cycle through the different modes is brilliant and that's honestly why I bought this light in the first place. Here's the "but" part. There's an ever so slight delay between half pressing the button for momentary on and the light turning on, and it does my head in. It's really not that long of a delay, like a fraction of a second, but it just makes the light feel less responsive, and thats why I only give it 4 stars out of 5. What doesn't help is the button is stiff and has a long travel distance, which makes it hard to predict when the light will come on during a half press for momentary on.It doesn't seem as bad if you just mash the button all the way in real fast and click it on though. I guess it has something to do with it using an electronic switch rather than a mechanical one maybe. All in all, I like this light and it's great to have for general use and emergencies. But if your looking for a true tactical/law enforcement light, I'm not so sure.Edit: After using this flashlight more since I first submitted this review, I decided to give it 5 stars. The ever so slight delay in it turning on doesn't bother me anymore. Also having a momentary mode that comes on at whatever brightness level you prefer to set it at, and being being able to cycle through the modes when the light is on without turning it off have made this one of my favorite lights to carry.

Great Light
The hot spot is awesome at 100+ yards. It feels good in the hand. The (2) tailcap buttons make for easy-use. For $52, it was a great buy.

Works Great!
Love everything about this flashlight. Size is perfect. Brightness is incredible although you've got to click through to find the brightness that works for you. That's easy enough. Value for what you get is great too.

A perfect pocket thrower !!!
Has a great beam profile, perfect separation between mode brightnesses, and the turbo blasts out like a flamethrower .... all in a pocketable package ..... I love it !!!

Wow, as good as surefire
I don’t give many 5 stars but this one earned it. I am a combat veteran from OIF. This light is super well constructed and hefty enough you feel like it can take a beating. The bevels are aggressive and actually protect the lense. I left it in a 5 gallon bucket of water for a couple minutes and nothing happened. The battery is usb rechargeable so you don’t have to worry about a entry point into the housing. The toggle switch works for strobe regardless if the light is on or off. You have to click it on if you want to cycle through the light modes. The light also works inside a flashlight mount and still can be toggle to strobe with that feature. I had it on my weapons platform to test whether or not I could. With a modern C clamp style hold on the forward rail, the toggle switch can’t be reached. I know that this light wasn’t designed with that in mind. It is a nice feature, though if you were in a pinch. If this manufacturer ever decided to go ahead and make a paddle/mount combo with this light, they would sell hundreds of thousands of these . It literally is that good of a light. For the price point, you are not going to get a more clear, bright, white, and durable light for the buck. Also, it takes 18650 rechargeable batteries. So if you are already into the outdoor lifestyle or scuba diving, you will have batteries for it. But, if you only have CR123s, this thing will take 2 of them to run. I personally don’t run those because the 18650 or a better battery. At least they give you the option between the two which is a really nice feature. I really hope they come out with weapons mount, paddle, and the green/red caps. If they do that, I will literally have this on every single one of mine platforms.

Received a used flashlight
The light I received was clearly used. The seal on the box had been opened and resealed, the film on the battery had been removed, and there are several scuff marks on the flashlight body itself as though it was dropped on pavement.

Bright and tough
Compact, bright, rugged. Battery has an average charging speed and discharge rate. Multiple intensity settings. Solid construction with a crenelated strike bezel as a bonus. It’s IPX 68, so being used in rough. Wet environments shouldn’t be any problem. Reverse clip allows for pocket carry as well as being clipped to the brim of a hat. Dual tail switches may take some getting used to. I own many high end flashlights from names like SureFire, Streamlight, and Fenix. I think the build quality and features of this light match the price, and it’s worth considering if you’re looking for a premium handheld.
