So far so good have had the cage about a month now, no issues. Our escape artist plans have been foiled, we wish we didn't have to keep him in a cage but after 2 couches. And carpet from his separation anxiety, the surprise of damaged couches and rugs are no longer. The plastic cages where no match for him, with this one he has met his match. we like that it is bigger for him as well. Build quality is decent. assembly was easy. Good buy for the money.

I’ve actually gotten compliments on the look of this crate! My GSD destroyed two different crates during fireworks and thunderstorms, so this was a must for us. She hasn’t been able to escape or ruin it. We ended up buying a second one for my other dog because we like it so much.

It was relatively easy to put together by myself. Seems like a a sturdy cage. The latches are kind of sticky because they don't line up perfectly and the screws don't sink in (they stuck up a bit and sometimes the latche catches on it). I bought the 42" and in the description it says that the cage is 32.2" in height (without the wheels) and there's plenty of room, but it doesn't take into account the depth of the space for the tray. It still works for me but those extra 2 inches would have been perfect. The only other thing I have to complain about is the wrench provided to put it together easily scraped off the paint while tightening. Other than that it is exactly what I was looking for.

It looks great, its strong and sturdy, rollers make it convenient for cleaning or rearranging. I went a little bigger than suggested for my 50lb dog, but with kennel mattress pad, she’s happy and comfortable when she is in it. Gives me peace of mind knowing she’s safe and comfortable.

Replaced a badly damaged wire collapsible crate with this one. seemed like a lot of money, but there weren’t any options between what I had and what I needed. I waited a week for it to arrive but unfortunately the box was badly damaged. Carrier suggested that I refuse it. Luckily, the damage was only the plastic tray and the end caps. Assembly took approximately two hours. Emailed the supplier about the damage. They provided me with a credit to purchase another tray on Amazon and mailed me the caps. Very professional.The crate is amazing. Despite the cost, it is superior to what I expected. Materials are all high-quality. No longer have concerns about my dog being injured trying to get out of a wire crate. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

It came in a heavy box. That’s how we knew it was built tough. Putting it together is a breeze with the tools provided and no sharp corners for our doggo to hurt herself. Absolutely love this crate and would 100% buy again if needed. I love the removable tray to take out and clean.

We have a beloved dog we rescued from the pound with serious anxiety. She has destroyed two of the wire crates so we had to find a crate with more substance. This crate has absolutely met my expectations and well worth the cost. I was a little concerned after reading some of the other reviews but figured customer service seems to be good so we gave it a try. I am happy to say we did not need to contact customer service. It arrived the next day, packaging was in excellent order and all pieces we accounted for. It took my husband 30 or so minutes to assemble. We have used it for several days now and there has been absolutely no damage to the crate. She still doesn’t like being crated when we are away but I no longer worry about her injuring herself.

I was In the process of moving when I bought this Kennel. When I finally got moved in I started to put it together and I am missing 5 M8 M8 screws and nuts as well as the 1 of the gray support pieces otherwise it looks like it will be a great kennel
