Very Impressed
Came shushed into a tiny box, so I thought it was going to be a disaster and either take a very long time to reform or just and instant Amazon return. I was wrong. Popped right out of the tiny box and looked exactly like the photos. It slightly large for me (I wear a 7 1/4 hat) but I understand that it has to be one size fits all and I'm able to add some lining for adjustments. Yes, there are silicone masks out there that are better, but you're looking at about 500 bucks. For the price point, this is surprisingly good.

Honestly worth it
This cowl is probably the best one you can find for the price it comes at.Expect the bat ears to be bent. Luckily they’re hollow inside, so I was able to stuff paper towels into the ears and made them look perfect. The mask might have dents, but I used some old t-shirts to stuff the mask ( while not wearing it) and mold a head shape. As well if your head doesn’t fully fill the cowl, wear a ski mask. The shoulder bits didn’t really fit me so I trimmed a few inches off and used my cape to cover the neck. Now it fits perfect and you can move your head ( almost full range of motion.)

This is a great mask for an awesome price
This is a fantastic mask, but you wouldn't guess it when opening the mail... truth be told, to get a good mask, it will take a little bit of work after you get it. The mask is made in Mexico, crumpled and slapped in a bag... probably sits in a warehouse there for a few months, gets shipped to the US, probably sits in a warehouse there for a few months... gets mailed to you in a bag that the post office kicks around for a bit, and by the time you open it, looks like Batman's mask got run over by the BatMobile... But fear not, it's made of Latex, and with a little work, can get its shape back...Step 1) Stuff the ears with something soft, pliable and lightweight... foam, paper, something... i used cotton balls and taped the bottom of the ears on the inside to keep the cotton balls inside the ears.Step 2) Inflate a 12" balloon inside the mask to push out the wrinkles, tying the knot about where the chin would be... let it sit for a good 24hrs like thisStep 3) buy a can of Plasti-Dip from your local Hardware Store (or Walmart) for about $6, put 3 or more coats on the mask... this will help preserve the shape and protect the mask as wellStep 4) Get some velcro or a zipper and use this to seal the slit on the backside, which is poorly done as-is out of the bag...If needed, you can also cut/readjust the eyeholes on the mask... some people seem to need this step, I just trimmed some excess material that shouldn't have been there off, but otherwise left mine more or less as it was out of the bag. Also, I have a pretty big head, but had no problems with this mask, it feels really good fit-wise, but maybe that's because a latex mask can also stretch if needed, so I think any size adult head will do fine in this mask... it looks really great when you take a little time and effort to clean it up... I wish I had taken a picture of the mask as it was out of the bag, it's unrecognizable until you put a little work into it! Great mask, I highly recomend!

Amazing mask, easily customizable, perfect arkham city mask
This mask is based on the game arkham city and is easily the best batman mask for the price at under 50 bucks you cannot go wrong. There is a fantastic video on YouTube that shows how to tailor fit this mask to any size head with just a pair of scizzors and gorilla glue. Seriously anyone looking for a batman cowl, this one is the one for you.Quick tip if you receive it and the ears or mask has unnatural bends in it, blow a Ballon up in the mask and leave it over night. For the ears get some cheap density foam at michaels or joanns and cut it to fit the ears and through the inside of the mask fill the ears and they will be golden. Imperfections within the integrity of the mask can also be fixed with a can of plastidip. Keep the ballon in and simply and lightly do 3-5 coats of platidip on the cowl. The plastidip will naturally expand the latex as it dries and pull out any bumps lips etc. It will also give it a nice smooth look eith no bumps or lumps that latex masks can get. This mask easily can look better then a 300$ custom made one.

I’m Batman! (If Batman got punched in the face several times!)
I absolutely loved the mask but unfortunately the entire right side was smashed and deformed beyond repair! The left side was absolutely perfect and came in great shape but the right side was so smashed and messed up I couldn’t even get it to go back to the shape it’s suppose to be. After hours of trying I was able to get it where it is now (in the pics above) but it’s still visibly misshaped and the ear is pretty smashed in one spot as well so it just looks really silly and just ruins the whole look for the mask. I got a replacement and it arrived messed up too, (see last picture) the face was undamaged thankfully but the right ear is stretched and smashed and looks really stupid. I do recommend this item but just make sure you get one that’s not all messed up. The packaging is not very good and they just kind of cram it into the box!

Completely disappointed
Looks like they don't inspect their product before shipping but Lets list the problems with this mask1. Way Too large.2. Eyes are not aligned.3. Lots of inclusions in the mask air bubbles, dried dripping spots around the chin.4. Mask it not salvageable in any way even if I did try cut into it to fix the eyes and if try to make it tighter with a zipper it would do no good.5. Trim job around mouth is cut way to far past cheeks.Long story short if you want to be inbred batman then buy this mask if not get the dark night mask from rubies because this arkham mask is trash.
