Very compact
Very easy to use in a small flat. Excellent suction. Does not need a lot of space to store. Very good

Worst purchased amazon item.
Renewed labeled, however, the physical condition of the vac was ridiculous. My elderly mother would not entertain it, wanted something simple and light to use around the her home.

Its not new?!!!!!
Disgusted with Amazon, I bought this Henry thinking it was brand new.....like everything else on Amazon, but no, it's got scratches on the side, the wire coil is so hard to wind in and it has paint on the cord from someone else. I'd have bought from eBay if I wanted a pre owned one!!!! The hoover suction is ok, the hose is way too long, dosn't reach up my stairs and is so cumbersome to store!!!!

It's a Henry it'll probably outlast the human race. The Henry speaks for itself and does its job and does it well.EDIT: So disappointed. A Henry has a reputation of being sturdy, this didn't last two months, its second use, before it started to make a banging noise and started billowing smoke before stopping working.

Henry is a welcome part of the family. I reviewed stairs low as I have a shark handheld for the stairs.

Poor condition
Should be more clear on renewed items !!Purchased this for £134.47 ! Could have purchased a new Henry hoover for that price !A month into buying this hoover it’s already showing signs it’s not good quality !! The Henry head keeps coming off when picked up and there are no original parts to it so they don’t fit properly!!Poor condition to say it’s still top price !!
