Chips like my mum used to make!
I just want good old fashioned chips fried in oil. I don't eat chips or fries that often to be concerned about the health implications!This pan ticks all the boxes, especially being induction friendly. It makes fries or chips that are perfect, has a good, solid feel to it, and is far easier to clean than an electric frier.Excellent!

Pros and Cons
The pan itself is weighty and good quality, but the lid is very flimsy and tinny, and a very poor fit, thought if they'd put effort into making a good solid pan they would have done it justice with a decent lid. The basket seems OK, can't find a problem, but does seem a bit small compared to the size of the pan. For the price I shall keep it, and dishwasher safe.

Sturdiness.
Bought to replace an old worn out fryer, seems to be sturdy and good for an induction hob, I will be using it to cook some frozen samosas.
