These were purchased for a guest a shelter for unhoused individual who had chronic incontinence at night due to a medication he was taking. The kept his bedding dry, let him be more comfortable and reduced embarrassment. He was grateful for them. A good value.

I got these for my dad, and all it did was transfer the wet from the front of his pants to pool the wet in the back. I bought these as extra protection for his absorbent underwear; the noise and feel, combined with the fact that they don't fit properly and don't keep the wetness off his pants, I would not recommend them.

NOT TRUE TO SIZE. VERY SMALL

Cut is not right. Feels like your wearing them backwards no matter the direction. There is no front and back. They are okay if you are standing. But uncomfortable when sitting or laying on you side.

1st off got these today, a few hours wear no problems.2nd Amyhill ( manufacturer ) please provide more size options. The one offered size is large. And it is adequateHowever, when absorbent media is used. The lack of inner volume meansLimited room for movement and compression of wet media. That means leaks during movement, a LOT of leaks.In public that is a no good thing. Or inBed at night. Provide more sizes and more rise as size goes up, snug legs are also important. I can not stress enough the need for rise - higher waist. Lying in bed they leak badly. These are issues that can be addressed in future offerings, other sizes.The nylon taffeta is strong waterproof coating adheres well, no delamination yet. Seam across the crotch may not be comfortable for women, place the seam and stitching on the outside of the crotch problem solved.Please, more material on the top of leg to waist to prevent leaks, not just a larger waist.If you offer a larger size I'll buy it.Good first offering to the market place.I look forward to more.

These pants make quite a bit of noise when walking. However, they are a good value since you get five pants for this price. These are meant to be worn over a disposable or reusable diaper.
