Best pizza dough I’ve found
Makes for great tasting pizza bases and is the easiest to mix I’ve found. Bit expensive though

Makes great pasta
This flour makes really good pasta. The recipe that works best is 200g of flour and 2 eggs (I use Large eggs). If you have a food processor then you can make pasta in seconds with this recipe and home-made pasta really does taste soo different from dried! I shall buy larger quantities next time but even so it is not expensive when you get approx 225g of pasta with just 200g of flour, which is enough for 4 people.

Best flour I tried. In all points of view, silky, smooth and the pizza and pancakes turned the best ones I ve ever made. However, so very expensive

Good flour
A nice proper Italian pasta flour, I used it for making pizza dough and it worked very well and had a nice flavour.

Authentic italian.
Packing was slightly damaged but flour pack ok. Needed for pasta which I decided to try and make my own. Nedd more practice....🤣

It's flour, not gold dust...or was it?!
It's a bag of flour that I convinced myself I needed to make pizza during lockdown....supermarket was out if flour.It is quality flour at a price that is making somebody very rich...more fool me for coughing up in a time of 'need'
