Brilliant!
I’m very impressed with this hernia belt, I’ve actually ordered a second so this one can be washed.I have an umbilical hernia & after seeing my GP the NHS won’t do anything for it until it basically becomes life threatening.A little tip.. if your bellybutton goes in a fair way, as mine does. I repeatedly stretched a large grape sized piece of bluetack until it was soft & pliable, rolled into a ball then gently pressed it into my bellybutton & placed the belt on top of it.I’ve found it holds the hernia back much better.My hope is that in time it might heal.I wear mine all day, adjusting after eating etc.. only take it off when I go to bed.When I first got it I tried wearing it in bed (which was fine btw), but personally think it’s better to remove at bedtime.Overall, I’m very impressed with it and would highly recommend.

Comfortable and effective
It's helped me alot. Yes it's not a cure but it's made it easier. Not obvious under clothes. Started to fold up on one edge due to sitting at a desk for long periods hence 4 not 5 stars

Very Comfortable
What I like about this support belt is that is is narrow that means it fits only where you need it. it does not get caught up in the waistband of any clothes The belt moves with you and does not restrict,because the fabric is flexible 10 out of 10 from me

Worn every day without a problem
Great quality belt, that's been worn daily for 9 months without feeling uncomfortable and unlike a cheap one I had before that didn't "breath" and caused red blotches and needed a tee shirt between the belt and the skin. This slim belt avoids that. Slim fit
