Better quality than the OEM, this is how I replaced mine
My 1.5 year old Samsung washer (model in pic) was off-balance, would not finish a single load. I bought these bad boys, and did the following to replace the rods:1) unplug electric, water, and drain2) move out unit to give myself enough space to get to the back of the washer easily3)I unscrewed and removed the topmost plate on the back of the washer (to the left) that shields 2 wires. Saved screw and plate off to the side.4) I unscrewed 6 screws holding on the top plastic part of the washer, 2 on each side beneath the plastic connector brackets, one on top of each bracket, I saved those off to the side with the previous parts removed.5) I opened the washer to carefully pull out the 2 rubber stoppers in the front inner lip to expose the last 2 screws to loosen. Relized these can be left in the holes, just saved the rubber stoppers off to the side with the other 7 screws and plate, and duct taped the lid shut with the 2 screws inside6) I carefully lifted up the top part of the washer like a car hood, being sure not to harm those back two wires, and secured it open using 2 pieces of string (attached from the top to the base in front as tension resting the top wide open (the back of the upper resting on the back of the base's edge)7) Now that it was open I could see the suspention rods are located in the 4 corners of the washer in slots which have slits in the sides for very easy removal. Just lifted one rod at a time upward and slide the top inward to release it at the top of the rod, then just drop it down a bit to release the spring side turning the rod outward from the drum, and lifted out the rod. I replaced each rod each time I removed it to keep the drum up.To put the new rod in I just lowered in the spring side first putting it through the slot inward and in it's proper hole, then pulling up and sliding it through the top slot outward from the drum before gently releasing it in place. Easy peasy. ***The back right rod had a plastic clamp on it that houses two wires, it is a tension clasp and could be removed carefully before I removed the rod, then snapped back where it should be onto the new rod once I had installed it.8) After I was done replacing all 4 rods, and re-clasping the plastic wire clippy thing on the back right, I removed my strings so I could close the lid. I then tightened the top two screws on the inside upper lid, and replaced the rubber stoppers. I then slid the back plate I had removed first back into place and screwed it back on. Last I screwed in the 2 screws on each side under the bracket connectors, then the top ones on each side.9) I reconnected my drain, and water lines, turned them on to make sure they didn't leak on me, then when I was sure it was good and dry, I plugged it in and tested it on a big ol load of towels (my former nemisis)10) I poured myself a celebratory drink of choice and rejoiced in not having to call a repair person to my house because I just fixed my own washer!*Wrote my review in hopes it might help some other person who might want to know that these rods are better than the OEM rods (slightly more substantial), and I found the replacement process was pretty simple for my model, my washer is now running without problems. Believe in yourself, whoever you are! I was not compensated for this, but I am absolutely open to the idea ;)

Fixed the unbalanced load error
These were quick and easy to install in my Samsung WA45N3050AW/A4 washing machine and resolved the unbalanced load error (flashing hot and warm lights).

Does not last, needs adjustment in 3 months.
After 3 months, machine back to the way it was, rattling and rocking on spin cycle due to unbalanced load. I took them out and found the rubber ring in middle instead of at base. Moved them back down and reinstalled, working again. Poor design if rubber ring is needed at the base to give spring more strength, but they can move after a few month of use. This just means the spring is too weak to dampen the load balance. The OEM stabilizers I removed didn't need extra support for years of use. Waste of money unless you want to fix again every 3 months.

Took a Chance
My 2 1/2 yr old washer began to consistently go out of balance. Watched a video on YouTube and thought this might be the part needed. Samsung sells the part at a prohibited price, might as well buy a new machine. Then I found this part and decided to take a chance. So happy we did. Changed the spring in about 30 minutes and the washer is like new. We’ll see how long the parts last, time will tell. Glad I took a chance saved me from buying another washer since this one is like new. Thanks.

Worth it
Our washer was becoming unbalanced with every load and my husband told me to buy these and he installed them and it was such a life saver. We do a lot of laundry with having little kids and the way our jobs our. We have not had an issue since and they have not gone out and we have probably done 40 to 50 loads since putting them in. We have a samsung washer. My husband said it was easy to install once you get the top of the washer off.

Terrible quality
This product lasted less then 6 months. My washer is bouncing around again. They are selling an inferior product. This company should not be allowed to sell on Amazon. I now have to buy a different brand and change them out. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU ARE JUST WASTING YOUR MONEY
