A good seller with patience
It was simply not connecting so I was super upset since it's the second smart pen i bought (and the first one had many problems before to die after 4 months of use). The seller waited and contacted me to suggest me to download the update of the tab. And he helped me giving another advice because the download was suuuuper slow. I hope this pen will last a bit longer than the other one... Anyway buying a IPAD pro would be way more expensive. My excuse to the seller to the bad reviews. I was super upset because it's expensive and also it's the second pen i bought and the first one was really bad (maybe just the first version)
