A converted fan.
I have been a life-long WD-40 man, but this is the business. I have been using ACF-50 for about a year on my four bikes. It stops older bikes getting corroded and ensures that my brand new Harley stays looking that way. It does eventually wash off, but offers excellent protection while it's on the bike surface. The very best method for application is to use the bigger (5 ltr) container and mix it in a paint sprayer and compressor set-up. (Halfords sell these quite cheaply). This offers a fine spray application that will find all the hidden spaces on the bike, and goes a lot further. A word of caution, do not get this on your tyres or brakes as it is very slippery - just cover them with a dust sheet and all will be fine. It can also be used on other vehicles. I also use it in inside my car engine bay for added protection.

Brilliant
This stuff is brilliant. Sticks to surfaces well and once cured isn’t too sticky or prone to running when hot. Only small criticism would be that can nozzle only gives a jet, and not a more aerosol effect.

Great stuff
Expense but you get what you pay for… very happy using it on my new motor bike

Can gets clogged up
This is a reasonably effective product. However, I find that the spray nozzle gets clogged when the can is about half empty. Attempts to clear it fail. Therefore there is a lot of expensive waste. Because of this I won't be buying any more.

I would also trial not spraying this stuff around like you're jet-washing your 'bike
Used on a 2001 GS500e that had never been cleaned by the previous owner although he'd used the 'bike through winter. After a week of myself and my mechanic using various concoctions to clean the 'bike, I got to see how much rust there was. Quite a bit. So after a couple of weeks more washing and getting it up to scratch mechanically, I invested in this stuff. I don't know what the chemistry is behind it but I can agree with others I've heard describe the fact that it seems not only to stop the spread of rust but makes it seem 'less there'.I would also trial not spraying this stuff around like you're jet-washing your 'bike! Try putting it on a cloth and wipe it on those rust patches. I used half a can on the 'bike and a lot of that ended up on the pavement:Do a couple of squirts out of the nozzle before going at your 'bike to get used to how it covers things - it's like WD40 on steroids. I ride all year around so if I remember I'll update you in February to tell y'all how my rust-bucket is holding up...

Excellent product
This product is worth every penny. Excellent for electronic switches and for use on motorcycles. Protects metalwork and helps reverse corrosion. Safe on belts and rubber. Used on a microswitch on an auto gear selector lever that was corroded and not functioning correctly, fixed the issue and it did not return for life of vehicle.
