These pens are fatter than i thought they would be, but it makes them really easy to hold and use. They are heavier than I thought too. I was expecting them to be about the weight of my weighted flatware[ 6 oz], but they are heavier. Once i took the glue off the tip it wrote smoothly. I can write cursive legibly with this pen without having to go smaller than my normal handwriting. Printing is super easy. My tremor is not severe yet, but shows up most when writing and this has helped me. I have grip issues but no arthritis. I disassembled one to see how difficult it would be to change the ink, and it was fairly easy to get all the parts out and back in, but you really only have to remove the top and a piece on top of the ink [don't drop it where it will get lost].

I have essential tremors, not Parkinson’s, but I like the grip. Not only is the barrel large, but the rubber grip also helps me not drop it. They are a good value and are functioning well and writing smoothly. A great size for me to keep one in my purse or a pants pocket. They also so feel strong and durable.The weight is perfect for helping to steady my hand as I am writing, so my writing is clearer and read easily.

I had big hopes that these pens would help my horrible writing from essential tremor. I couldn't wait to try them. Unfortunately, they didn't do anything to help. It's not the pen's fault. They are high quality and come beautifully packaged. One thing not mentioned in the description is that they seem to be gel pens, which I have trouble writing with because they move too easily.

My father in law has parkinsons and really enjoys using this pen. It's weight and size makes it feel good while he is writing.

This is a good pen. It is fat and heavy which helps with my tremor. It comes apart at the top of the black rubber section. If you decide it is too heavy, the weight can be removed. The ad is misleading as it only comes with a total of 6 ink cartridges. That is two in the pens and 4 refills, not 6 so I removed a star.Update: Although this is a good concept, it is a poor quality pen. The ink cartridges don't have much ink and other brand refills don't work in it. It is cheap plastic, so the threads that join the two halves of the pen wear out which make the pen unuseable. It is not worth the price.

I ordered this set for my husband to use at work. But, after one click, it broke and the pen wouldn't come out again. We took it apart and tried to figure out what was wrong with it, but it looked fine. We sent it back.

These pens help me to write without so much arthritis/ tendinitis pain. The ink It comes with is a bit scratchy. I bought refills that are ballpoint. That helped a lot.
