Excellent product.I've been hooked on Baron's Hot Sauce ever since I discovered it many years ago in the "international section" of my local supermarket in France. After a couple years it was no longer available and I had to depend on the kindness (and luggage space) of a St Lucian friend. I was thrilled when I discovered it on Amazon and have ordered this item quite a number of times, both for my father in England and for me and my friends in France. What I like best about this pepper is that it is TASTY. While it's not that hot (as in the heat of the peppers) it's just perfect for my taste and it really enhances the flavour of my lunch and dinner (and in my father's case, of his breakfast too!) If you like to add a tasty little "zing" to your food but don't want a sauce that makes your eyes water, this is the hot sauce for you. Deeeeeelish!

This stuff packs a solid punch without placing itself in the range of "hot for the sake of hot".Most sauces that advertise themselves as novelty hot are bitter and disgusting.This approaches that level of heat but has a really nice scotch bonnet flavour to it as well as being a bit fruity (but still savory).

Really love this product

This was one of our favourite chilli sauces - a good flavour though it really is a hot one, and we like our food hot is our house (green chillis cut up used as a garnish).Now we don't have to ask people to get it in specialist shops for us. And it is fun when friends with a lower tolerance try it.

First of all, a delicious bajan hot sauce that we use on most things, from breakfast to dinner. It has that touch of mustard that give it such a great character. This pack is such good value so we order 6 at a time and either get through it all or give bottles away. Levels of chili heat are subjective but I’d say this is definitely a proper hot sauce with enough flavour to allow you to enjoy it, rather than just have your face blown off. Great mixed with mayo if it is too hot for anyone.

This gets demolished within weeks whenever it enters our house. Not too spicy and such rich flavour.

We first had this sauce in Sandals in the Caribbean. It is fantastic. We were going to buy a few jars to bring home at USD 15 a bottle. Then we checked Amazon. Wow we could get 6 bottles delivered to our door for the same amount. Same barcode and same product. This is a fairly hot sauce. Great on burgers, or what ever takes your fancy. Sandals don't use rubbish products. Give it a try, you will love it. It is not to hot that you don't enjoy it. Seriously, give it a go........
