Good cocoa at a great price
I put a teaspoon of cocoa in my coffee daily. This cocoa has a nice consistency and color, the flavor is good and price was excellent. There are richer deeper cocoas than this but it’s every bit as good as Hersheys

Following John Kanell and making a Devil's Food Cake - he was pretty insistent we get Dutch processed Cocoa Powder - so this was the best buy and it made up beautifully - you have to sift it for any recipe.
