Q: Is it for 4 wheels n will it fit a Nissan duke ?

Yes they will fit any car, you cut them yourself to size. Wouldn't recommend tho as they ripped all the paint off my alloy

Yes I expect so. I fitted them on 18” wheels and there was some to spare. They aren’t much cop at preventing kerb damage though as they’re too soft.

Q: are they able to come off when changing tyre and put back on ?,or need to buy new ones every time get new tyres ,cheers

The tyres are normally removed from the rear of the wheel in order to avoid damage to the external rim, so should be ok. However, if they do come off, you’ll probably have to replace them. I’ve got them on my wheels and they’re great. Hope this helps.
