I was holding my Sony MDR left side headphone onto the frame with adhesive tape. Not pretty. The hook connector snapped several months ago. It boggles my mind that there are aftermarket parts for a 36-year-old headphone design, but I love my MDR-V6s and was a little heartbroken when they broke. I'd never heard of Poyatu, but the parts were reasonably priced and fit perfectly.

I bought Sony MDT-V6 headphones years ago and the pads were shot and one of the hanger hooks was broken and fixed with tape. Replaced the pads and this hook fit perfectly and headphone is like new. Good quality and fits like original.

I love these headphones. I use them constantly. I was quite sad when the sides of the cupholders broke, but Amazon to the rescue who the thought that this was a replaceable part just like factory OEM even came with the little screwdriver but more gas for worst part about him is waiting for them to arrive. Everything else was awesome
