Fab so far!
As others have said, the packages turn up from two separate delivery companies. It's no problem, just something to be aware of. Things I didn't know but really like, it connects to Bluetooth and wireless. After that, the instructions are really good but really, it's a giant battery, plug it into the solar panels or mains to charge, plug your devices into it. Turn it on and go. The screen is great; big, clear and concise. You could probably plug lots of these into each other in series to daisy chain them - not that I have two.I've used it to sit outside with a laptop on the single summer day of 2024. It kept the laptop charged all day. It's a bit expensive but I'm tired of buying cheaper options that break within a few seconds of opening the box. This looks like it could be used by elephants as a replacement football. The instructions help with details of how to position the solar panel, pay attention to them - it makes a lot of difference.I would very much recommend this option should you be needing a small off grid/camper battery for light to medium use.

Useful device
This is ideal for powering low consumption devices and it is light enough to be moved to where it is needed. For me the most important use is providing a backup for power outages to allow the internet router to operate. Now that we have full fibre internet there is no landline telephone without mains power and we have a poor mobile signal. Previously I used a lead acid battery and inverter to power the router, but this device is much better. It powers a modern 32 inch smart TV for several hours. I thought it might power the refrigerator too because this is within its power capabilities, but this is not the case because the refrigerator has a high start up current that causes an overload.Charging from the mains and from a car 12 volt outlet is straightforward. The solar panels charge when there is a bright sky and are at their best in full sun. The App is easy to use.Overall a very well designed instrument if it suits your requirements.

Early doors review...
Purchased in October 2024. River 2 with 45watt folding solar panel.A small but very effective unit... it seems.Bought this brand and model after research via video reviews and written reviews and because I wanted the small power unit, so I'm not disappointed and this ,I think it will work very well.Intended to maintain charge of a phone, tablet, dongle, camping lantern, music player, and possibly run a small TV. Maybe the other odd rechargeable item.I've put this through limited trails so far and I'm impressed...The charge rate via mains is superb and I've limited the input in the app for a slower charge. An hour ! Is all very nice but I'd rather charge a bit slower and maintain battery life quality. However, ECOFLOW made it and if they say it'll still be at least 80% capacity after 3000 cycles, then I guess if will be !Discharge using just phones and tablet, it seems to have loads of hours to offer.Charging via 12v from my vehicle cigar lighter socket, I found it easily efficient and on just a 30 minute drive it achieved at least 10%, which I think is really helpful because I want to use this unit in a campervan, off grid. This means I can top up between locations.Charging via solar. Given that the panel I is only 45watts and the output is only up to 40 Watts, it performs well. I tested it on a late October day, bright, but low in the sky sun, with some passing clouds. It managed around 30watts to 35watts average and the power station went from 86% to 99% in say an hour and a half approximately. That's fair enough for a small panel and I'm certain that I'll get some productive use out of that in future.3 ways to charge, 2 of them viable whilst out and about, excellent.Previously when the price of power stations were higher, I figured they couldn't compete with an old skool system of leasure battery, solar panel, installed wiring etc. I wasn't parting with my hard earned money... but now, it's a no-brainer £280 for the unit and panel is getting more like it !Basically, with this setup I don't need ANY installation in my van, only this.Happy, two thumbs-up.

Battery never arrived
I bought the battery and solar panel for powering my astrophotography rig when I travel. When told it was being delivered I took time off from work to take delivery but only the solar panel arrived. 4 days later and the battery still hasn’t shown up and the order shows as being completed. Very unhappy and loss of a lot of money!

Good customer service.
Problems with Hermes delivery, but good customer service from Ecoflow through the process. (But why oh why is Hermes/EVRI still a thing? Why do packages languish for ten days at the delivery depot every time?)
