This cup is definitely a dupe for the stanley cup if you're having difficulty finding it. I originally wanted the simple modern tumbler but it was out of stock and I stumbled across this one. It is 40oz and fits in my car cup holder which is what I wanted. It keeps the drinks cold for the whole day and the color is identical to the listed picture. It is definitely not leak proof so if that's what you want you may want to pass on the product. But for what I was looking for it deserves 5 stars

it’s a very large bottle but really helps me stay hydrated all day, would definitely recommend i filled it up last night and it’s still cold in the morning, easy to hold and i love the straws that come with it
