This balsamic is very thin, not syrupy. It has a decent flavor with no off notes but is definitely on the less sweet side. May be great for salad dressings, but not great for dipping or drizzling unless you like it very vinegary.

Thrilled to find this on Amazon! Have not been able to find this for well over a year. It is truly one of the best on the market at a fair price. Ten Stars if I could :)

This is a a superior kosher balsamic that is far better than what’s available in local markets for just a bit more in cost. I highly recommend it to everyone - kosher and non-kosher consumers.
