Stopped these for a while, because the price was just getting ridiculous. Found them again discounted, so I grabbed some. I FEEL a very healthy and natural boost, immediately upon taking them. Sort of a renewed "enthusiasm" or something like that. Not a placebo, because it happened again when I took them at lunch! They help utilize stored fat for fuel. The FUMARATE one's do this the best!! Great to take during a cutting diet and especially when trying to add cardio to the effort.

This will only work if you are low in carnitine but many are either due to medication such as anti-seizure medication or antidepressants, and the fact that much of the meat we eat is a byproduct. Anyhow I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. Sometimes I would have immense energy for my hikes another times just dragged. Now I take one in the morning and half at night and I have my enormous energy back again! If I don't take it I start to drag that very day and the next day I and lethargic again. But I have insulin resistant cells and carnitine may play a role in developing that. It may be that I have needed extra carnitine all along. My blood sugar is excellent now 4.5

Good value for the cost

I haven't had any issues with this supplement. I take them both pre and post workout. I have made gains but I can't attribute that just to this product. But will buy again.

I guess it’s a rare side effect but tired made by sweat and breath reek of fish. It was really bad. After I stopped taking this I didn’t smell anymore. The pills are huge and are hard to swallow, but it’s convenient just taking 2 a day vs like 4. I took it for weight loss and it didn’t make a big difference but I only took it for a couple months before I couldn’t take the fish smell it was making me secrete🙁

As age takes it toll on our bodies we need a way to prevent further damage. This product seems to have at least slowed the deterioration of my eyesight and hopefully it will help restore it at least some.
